Required Qualifications

• Graduated from relevant departments of universities (Textile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc.).

• At least 15 years of experience in a managerial position (preferably in the automotive industry)

• Able to implement Lean Production techniques and lead projects and Kaizen studies that will increase business efficiency,

• Possesses leadership, team management and problem solving skills.

• Analytical thinking skills and attention to detail.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.

• Having a leadership approach that can contribute to sustainable growth and profitability,

• Strong reporting and representation skills,

• Dynamic, with the vision to take an active role in rapid change and development,

• Preferably have a good command of English,

Job Description

• Planning, coordination and management of production processes.

• To ensure continuous increase of efficiency and quality in production.

• Training, guiding and monitoring the performance of the production team.

• Realization of production-related budget and cost planning.

• Optimizing supplier and logistics processes.

• Ensuring production in accordance with quality standards and safety regulations.

• Stock management and inventory control.

• Taking an active role in the project work planned in the company and leading the execution of projects related to him/her.
