As part of its development, Timac Agro in our Turkish subsidiary, is looking for the talents.

Profile

We are looking for a collaborator with first successful professional experiences, serious and dynamic strongly wishing to engage in accompanying the rapid and significant development of Timac Agro Avrasya.

Looking for a multinational group, having strong analysis & synthesis abilities.

Our new colleague will be a trustworthy person, motivated, convincing, operational and pragmatic, reactive, rigorous and with good communication skills with the ability to work under pressure and in a transparent manner, always dedicated to his/her functions and to the Company.

Qualifications and Experiences

  • University degree in business administration/finance, professional English (+French is asset)
  • 2 years experience in audit + 2 years experience in controlling at least in an international company with selling/manufacturing activities
  • Expert with current MS Office Programs and good understanding of information systems
  • Experience in ERP (Preferably SAP SB1, Jedox, HFM)

Job Description

  • Ensure compliance with group principles in terms of commercial & financial policies
  • Advice to Managing Directors to support monitoring their activities & be in contact with Business Units and related functions for future projects
  • Perform analysis of subsidiaries' performance, preparation of forecast and budget & monthly estimates
  • Control monthly accounting closing according to group accounting principles
  • In charge of controlling & preparing reports for Turkish Management Team and for the Group on timely manner(Sales reports, Monthly Balance Sheet, PL for 8 Business Units, Quarterly consolidation, analysis and other ad-hoc requests)
  • Price calculations & sales campaigns and communication to commercial team & specific institutions
  • Optimization of information systems of controlling
  • Be in control of internal audit, review & improvement of procedures and processes & update of procedures
  • Manage contact with independent auditors for interim, hard-close and year-end audits
