QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Group Roullier is currently looking for a talented candidate with successful professional experience in commercial management and excellent interpersonal skills, ambition to dedicate himself to the development of a Business Unit in an environment of the rapid growth of our Turkish subsidiary, Timac Agro.
University graduate Master Degree preferably in Engineering departments or Business Administration,
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role,
You have a successful track record in team management and you know how to organize your own work and your team’s work,
You have excellent interpersonal skills; your ambition, your entrepreneurial spirit, modesty and dynamism will be the keys to success in making your business grow,
The position will be based in Konya.
Fluent Turkish and English is required, French will be an asset.
Drive the P&L and ensure the performanceof your Business Unit,
Define work regions, and set up sales targets based on market potential, development requirements, sales forecasts and budget proposals,
Recruit, train, manage and evaluate a team members,
Help your regional managers to put in place a strong sales distribution channel to facilitate your team’s sales activities, and keep our ATC accompaniedby distributors in field,
Manage campaigns according to market seasonality, and introduce our added-value products according to customer’s needs,
Promote and implement necessary improvement actions to the working methods in order to ensure adequate performance quality levels of each position;
Assess risks and opportunities and anticipate the perspectives of your BU,
Provide regular reports to the GeneralManager, and performother tasks if needed.
