Key accountabilities

• To follow the local tax Legislation and notifies the Financial Leaders to implement the necessary changes.
• Ensures that to follow and prepares tax processes such as VAT, withholding tax, Diplomatic exemption, Withholding Tax, Tourism Tax, SGK and ensures that the payment is made on time.
• Processes all controls, input, and filing needed, related indistinctively to Income Audit, Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable tasks as per business needs.
• To follow the processes of accounting transactions at the end of the period and the end of the year in a competent manner and to ensure that they take place in accordance with the legislation.
• Supports the Assistant Finance Director for the month-end process, including the preparation of monthly financial statements and balance sheet reconciliation. 
• To make asset and depreciation records and inventory tracking. To follow the Local and Global Depreciation processes and to create their records.

General requirements

• Minimum 3 year experience in hospitality-residential environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity is required. Outgoing, flexible, detail oriented.
