If you’re passionate about Web Development with a strong understanding of Wordpress, with minimum 2 year experience, and enjoy developing your SEO skills, we’re looking for you!

Responsibilities

·         Develop and maintain technical and digital support,

·         Lead the update of our existing websites,

·         Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS, (content management system)

·         Participate in inter-team meetings to discuss and recommend strategies that influence creative direction and overall website updates,

·         Collaborate with our marketing department weekly to build custom solutions for our core and sub brands,

·         Collaborate with our design team to give/take briefs on necessary UI elements needed to implement in WordPress,

·         Implement SEO tactics (on-page & off-page) and ensure that sites are search-engine-friendly,

·         Measure and track site ranking factors, keywords, internal and external links, site content and competitors,

·         Monitor the performance of our SEO strategies and provide recommendations for ongoing optimization.

Must Have Proficiency in:

·         Both writing and speaking English fluently,

·         WordPress plugin, theme and landing page development,

·         Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript & jQuery,

·         Understanding of WordPress coding standards,

·         Build websites and landing pages in basic HTML, in PHP, and in WordPress

·         Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc,

·         Good understanding of template structure and support, including Visual Composer type editors;

·         Experience with Google Search Console Tool,

·         Medium level of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and SEO tools.

·         Good to Have some experience in implementing a tagging structure for measurement with Google Analytics; an understanding of how to deploy custom tracking scripts via Google Tag Manager a definite plus
