QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Tele Radio Group, was founded in Sweden in 1955 and has since developed into an expansive group in the field of "Application Interfaced Remote Controls". The head office is in Gothenburg, Sweden and there are 22 subsidiary companies mainly in Scandinavia and in Europe, as well as USA, Asia and Australia.
We are currently looking for an “RnD Projects Coordinator” to work as a member of the “Concept Development” team in “Product Management” division. Suitable candidate will be located in Turkish subsidiary of Tele Radio Group located in Ataşehir, İstanbul/Turkey, but will work for the global scope and targets.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer, Mechanical, Mechatronics or similar engineering disciplines
- Track record in international work environment, especially in product research and development projects
- Fluent communication and proficiency in English language, ability of effective communication within cross-platforms
- Excellent accuracy and attention to details, with strong record-keeping, reporting and organizational skills
- Ability to manage priorities for multiple projects at the same time, each with a high degree of variation and uncertainty
- No restrictions for travelling abroad
- Strong computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Candidates those are located in Anatolian side of İstanbul,
- MBA or similar post graduate programs and/or PMP Certification will be considered to be strong assets,
- Good understanding of Research & Development processes, starting with product concept phase,
- Entry level experience of embedded & computer software and electronics hardware design processes,
- Know-how of wireless technologies, user interfaced machine controls and serial communication protocols,
- Interest and willingness to learn project and corporate finance, as well as basic accounting principles
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensuring concept development projects are executed in a structured arrangement and the results are within scope,
- Planning and coordination of projects; including task prioritization, scheduling, resource selection-allocation, budgeting, etc.
- Schedule regular and/or targeted meetings with internal and external stakeholders to present progress, risks, issues with suggested solutions,
- Coordinate with external consultants and institutions (TÜBİTAK, Ministry of Industry, etc.) for incentives and infrastructure building,
- Filing and reporting of project related scope, progress, financials (NRE, CAPEX, Assets, Cashflow, etc.) of projects to various stakeholders,
- Provide cooperative assistance for analysis of initiatives, with sales subsidiaries & development teams around the globe,
- Monitor deliverables and KPIs of projects as well as the overall program execution, as well as the unit cost targets during the concept phase,
- Keep personal and departmental knowledge up to date with industry requirements and technological advancements,
- Recommend and apply changes to specifications, designs, and manufacturing methods to improve the products and services,
- Implementation of Project Management culture & procedures, documentation, communication methods
