QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Export Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Focuses on market research, finding new customers, new markets and new opportunities,
  • Services existing accounts, prepares offers, obtains orders by planning and organizing daily work schedule together with the sales support team,
  • Finalizing all contracts and documentation needed for the deals.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports
  • Control of certification requirements & country regulations
  • Constant orders monitoring
  • Keep relation with other internal units to facilitate the best support to the customers, agents and dealers.
  • Develops plans and strategies by coordinating with the managers to achieve the regional export sales target,
  • Maintains regular contact with all international customers by customer visits, demonstrations and negotiations,
  • Prepares sales analyses for customer visits and sales meetings,
  • Follows up on customer payments , ensures the financial debts are in accordance within the company’s and the customer’s accounts.                                                                                            

 About You

  • To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have
  • Education: Bachelor Degree from a reputable university.
  • Languages required: Excellent English , Arabic or French – spoken, written and reading.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position,
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, be flexible and work under stress and pressure,
  • Organized, systematic, reliable and team worker,
  • Goal - oriented, innovative and problem solver,
  • Familiar with data analysis and reporting,
  • Advanced skills in the MS Office suite of applications,
  • Male candidates should have completed their military service.
