We are seeking a Plant Manager who has the will and ambition to work in Tuzla Plant of Tarkett.

QUALIFICATIONS;

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering departments,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, managerial or supervisory position,
• Strong leadership and implementation skills, ability to work in a team,
• Ability to effectively work & communicate at all levels within the organization,
  
• Role model, can inspire and encourage employees,
• Advanced analytical mindset and problem solving skills,
• Experienced in process improvement and Lean Management,
• Able to meet deadlines and deliver results,
• Advanced level of English; both written and spoken,
• Excellent command of MS Office applications,SAP knowledge is a plus,
• Having driving license and no travel limitations,
• For male candidates, military service should be completed,
  

JOB DESCRIPTION;

• Leading, overseeing and coordinating the plant
• Developing, implementing and performing the strategy and action plans to achieve required and targeted operational activities
• Leading day-to-day operations to meet internal targets and trigger corrective actions accordingly
• Responsible for continuous improvement of processes, products and production optimization.
• Being committed to improve the plant safety procedures,
• Ensure optimal use of resources
• Development of suitable plant strategy according to company strategies
• Responsible for budget, costs, investments and metrics in the area of responsibility
• Collaboration and responsibility in executive management
