For our Istanbul based office we are in search for a Business Support who will work closely with the Sales Director and Sales Managers. The mission will be the internal coordination within our regional office in Turkey and various departments within the Supply Chain and Creative Centers in Europe and Asia.   

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications : 
 

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably Business Administration or Food Engineer)
• Complete fluency both written and spoken in Turkish and English, German is an added value
• Excellent Ms Word, Excel & PowerPoint skills and SAP knowledge
• Be very detail orientated with the proven ability to work quickly and accurately
• Highly motivated to work in an International company
• Male/Female
• At least 3 years of experience

İŞ TANIMI

Key Responsibilities : 

• Assisting the Sales Managers with creating price offers and calculations
• Creating of customer projects in the system
• Supporting of Sales Analysis for Budget, Forecast and Sales Reports
• Coordination with Marketing and Evaluation to meet the deadline for customer projects
• Administrative work, e.g saving price offers, provide documentations, creation/ follow up of sample orders etc
