Production Manager (İzmir)

Symko Food Technologies is looking for a "Production Manager (İzmir)" to lead its growing production team.

The Production Manager shall oversee and direct the activities of the production team to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing of high-quality products.

This role requires supervision of all production and maintenance personnel.

In this role, you are required to:

• Coordinate the production operations utilizing common equipment, methods, and standards.
• Plan resources, including personnel, to meet production demands.
• Guide the production team in establishing and managing production schedules within established procedures and budgets.
• Monitor the key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Maintain the production efficiency and quality, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure the compliance with safety regulations to minimize workplace injuries and meet regulatory standards.
• Participate in product innovation and new product development activities.
• Gather, organize, and share data and information.
• Assist in improving processes and documentation.
• Support implementation tasks.

To be able to successful in this role, you need to have/be:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in food industry is a must.
• Profound understanding of machinery and production processes.
• Knowledgeable in quality control standards.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Skilled in managing and motivating teams, fostering close relationships with staff.
• Decisive and committed decision-maker.
• Innovative in proposing and implementing solutions.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Passionate about food research & development.
• Familiarity with Logo is a plus.
