Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a relevant field
• At least One year of work experience as a Guest Relations Officer, Receptionist, Reservationist or a similar role in the hospitality field.
• Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written,
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Computer Knowledge and experience in MS office programs.
• Knowledge of Opera is required.
• Excellent command of English (written & verbal); any other language is advantageous
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Ensure an efficient reception experience for Guests, including check in/out, and complete audit procedures, as required
• Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times
• To assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
• To follow department policies, procedures and service standards
• Calm, efficient, and organized with great attention to detail
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner
• Ensure that all guest feedback is captured and communicated to the relevant departments.
