QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
- Undergraduate and/or graduate degree,
- At least 2 years of experience as a Head Concierge,
- Communication skills both written and verbal in English,
- Able to multi-task and remain composed at all times,
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team,
- Positive attitude and good communication skills,
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.

The hotel can also host professional events in the 9 Meeting rooms, Ballroom (680sqm), Pre-Function Room (350sqm).
