• 5+ years of experience in a similar position at pharmaceuticals sector.
• Previous IP and Regulatory knowledge.

Job Description

• Responsible for leading all Business Development and Licensing activities with P&L responsibility.
• Responsible for all BD&L activities such as licensing-in, licensing-out, co-marketing, co-promotion, co-distribution from the first contact, P&Ls, Business Cases, NPVs, negotiations and throughout the life-cycle of the products with a good understanding of both the technical elements of the products as well as some knowledge about the regulatory aspects.
• Responsible for planning and executing all Portfolio Management activities.
• Development of new business models, process improvements related to new product development and innovation.
• Identifying and selecting new products/ projects for the company to be marketed in Turkish Market which can be handled by in house development.
• Being the leader of the Portfolio Management and Strategic Plan Committee, conducting the product/market detailed evaluation with regard to patent and registration situation, market potential, product attractiveness ensuring the deal is suitable against the corporate strategy and offers sufficient commercial value.
• Ensuring the future company sustainable mid & long-term growth by screening portfolios, identifying opportunities, filing therapeutic area gaps & preparing for future launches.
• Conducting cross-functional project management in order to define the right portfolio and BD&L strategies.
