Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for team members who are willing to work in multinational company’s Turkey office. SPGPrints is a Holland based pioneer and leading company in textile printing business. Our fields of activities are conventional and also digital textile printing (both machine and also consumables), label printing and also printing preparation equipment’s both for textile and label (industrial).

QUALIFICATIONS

• Good command of verbal and written English and / or German
• Good command of Microsoft Office Applications (especially practice in MSExcel)
• Living in Istanbul Anatolian side,
• Having a university degree
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Working as a team member
• Being flexible and easy to adapt different kind of tasks
• Having experience in similar position/s (minimum 3 years)

JOB ROLE

• Sending equipment offers to the customers, following the procedures and support customer during selling processes
• Communication with Austria and Holland production sites regarding services, spare parts and also equipment sales.
• Making program for local service team. Support them for hotel and travel organizations from the office.
• Preparation of the quotations,
• Preparation of periodical reports
• Creating and keeping the good relations with the customers,

QUALIFICATIONS

• General knowledge about local import procedures and terminology
• Good command of Microsoft Office Applications,
• Living in Istanbul / Anatolian side,
• Having a university degree
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Working as a team member

JOB ROLE

• Sending price offers to the customers, following the procedures and support sales team in the field
• Communication with Holland for ordering and planning
• Be able to make travel planning to support sales team
• Preparation of periodical reports (with MS Excel)
• Be able to use CRM software and MS applications.
• Creating and keeping the good relations with the customers
• Working as team member
