QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Soho House is a collection of private members' clubs and restaurants spread throughout Europe, the UK and America. Each house and restaurant maintains its own personality and atmosphere but the ethos has remained the same; serving fantastic cocktails and simple but delicious food in a comfortable and relaxed environment. 


We are looking for a Front Office Manager with the qualifications below:

Requirements:

  • Professional education in the hospitality industry
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in a similiar role
  • You have an excellent knowledge of English language
  • You have good social, computer, communicative and telephone skills
  • Opera skills would be a plus


İŞ TANIMI

  • Welcoming our guest in the Lobby
  • Check-in and check-out of our guests
  • Concierge-tasks
  • Receive and handling reservations and complaints
  • Handling our telephone switchboard according to our hotel standards
  • Coordination and control of a smooth workflow
  • Control and balance the own daily cash
  • Control of all operational and administrative duties at the reception and reservation
  • System maintenance of hotel software
  • Concierge tasks of all kinds
  • Care rates and structure
  • Yield and Revenue Management
  • Education and training of staff, apprentices and interns
  • Performance of regular trainings within the department
  • Booking and doing corrections if necessary of transactions in process
  • Budget control and ensure the maximization of profit in the hotel sector
  • Cost control and profit optimization in Rooms Division area
  • Recruiting of new employees in close cooperation with the HR
  • Organization of and participation in meetings
  • Provide training in the Department
  • Acquisition of Duty Manager services
  • Observance of order, cleanliness and safety in the public areas of the hotel 

Preferred Candidate

3 - 10 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate)
