• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Good spoken and written skills in English

Job Description

Communication Infrastructure:

• Maintain all network devices which may include, but not limited to, switches, Access points, cables, routers, and firewalls.
• Must have hands-on knowledge of router and switch configurations (LAN, WAN, VLAN).
• Maintain connections between primary, secondary, and back-up sites.
• Correct/mitigate vulnerabilities as required.
• Create/update technical documentation, procedure and guidence.
• Request/review quotes from vendors and coordinate purchase
• Firewall configuration and support

System Infrastructure:

• vmWare infrastructure knowledge.
• Linux and Windows operating system configuration and operation.

• Support the stable operation of DEVOPS infrastructure in a team environment.

• Support the stable operation of Private Cloud infrastructure in a team environment.

• Support the stable operation of information security in a team environment
• Support the stable operation of software authentication and manage escalation tickets to global teams in need.
• Correct/mitigate vulnerabilities as required.

• Create/update technical documentation, procedure and guidence.

• Request/review quotes from vendors and coordinate purchase.
