Can you share a specific example from your experience where you had to lead a project requiring compliance and personal data protection expertise? What challenges did you encounter, and how did you ensure successful implementation while adhering to relevant regulations, especially GDPR?

In the context of maintaining the whistleblowing tool and processes, can you describe a situation where you had to investigate a compliance or personal data protection breach? What steps did you take to resolve the issue, and how did you ensure that corrective measures were implemented effectively?

Given the responsibility to arrange compliance and personal data protection trainings for employees, how do you ensure that the training programs are comprehensive and effective? Can you provide an example of a time when you identified a specific compliance training need within the organization and how you addressed it?

Responsibilities

Evolve and maintain performance of the compliance function within the Oximio group

Perform Know Your Customer and Know Your Supplier compliance checks

Evolve and maintain personal data protection within the Oximio group with focus on GDPR

Engage in projects where scope requires compliance and/or personal data protection expertise

Arrange compliance and personal data protection trainings for the Oximio group employees

Engage external advisors and other vendors as required for the delivery of the above tasks and aligned with the respective budget holders

Maintain the company whistleblowing tool and processes, lead investigation of compliance and personal data protection breaches

Qualification

Higher education in law (bachelor’s or master’s degree)

Certification in personal data protection desired

Experience

Three years in a Compliance management role.

Three years in legal counselling

Development and implementation of corporate policies

Implementation of GDPR requirements
