Sales & Logistics Assistant Specialist

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

·  Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade, Business Administration – Eng., Economics – Eng., Labor Economics – Eng., or any related departments for whom wants a career in Sales

·      Proficiency in English is a must

·   Experience in customer relations and export & import procedures are highly preferably

·      Strong knowledge of MS Office programs

·     Provide Criminal Record in case requested

·     Resident in Çorlu, Ergene/Yeşiltepe or Sağlık Mh. area

JOB DECRIPTION

·         Maintain Sales administration process

·         Follow-up orders and stocked items

·         Assure the planning production of orders and loadings on time

·         Make logistics organisation

·         Be in contact with customs broker on export & import

·         Issue invoices and prepare required documents for export & import

·         Prepare the asked reports & follow-up documentation

·         Work in close contact with Production, Quality, Procurement and Finance departments

·         Back-up Sales Administration Manager when needed
