Then come and join our global team as Sales Commercial Specialist

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You will perform commercial and contract activities relating to In-Vitro business.
• You will analyze and interpret offer conditions and contracts by means of commercial terms.
• You will prepare revenue tracking reports weekly.
• You will coordinate PTA process with Sales Team and follow up distributor performance quarterly.
• Follow up rebate/accrual procedure for In-Vitro projects and managing their SAP operation monthly.
• You will perform analysis of Sales & Marketing data for driving decisions on reach Business targets.
• You will be a responsible from all commercial related operation issues (RIC, Hedging, define list prices into the SAP, TECO, RFO, provisions).
• Preparing daily, monthly and yearly operational & commercial reports.
• Preparation of ad hoc reports for Management.

Your qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related fields from a reputable university
• Preferably 2-3 years of experience in commercial position (finance/reporting).
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
• Strong problem solving and analytical thinking. Attention to details and high sense of responsibility.

Your attributes and skills:

• You are a result-oriented personality with strong problem solving.
• You have strong communication and team working skills.
• Ability to collaborate across departments.
• You have an extensive knowledge of MS Office especially MS Excel and experience in SAP.
• You have an excellent time management and ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-based environment.
