QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Shell & Turcas is one of the leading and pioneering companies operating in the energy industry in Turkey.
The company operates in both fuels and lubricants businesses with an extensive retail network of approximately 1000 sites as well as a lubricant and grease production plant in Derince, Kocaeli which currently exports to 55 countries and with 3 Fuel and 2 LPG Terminals all around Turkey.
Supply and Distribution organization in our company is responsible for supplying fuel and LPG and distribute to all our retail sides all around Turkey. Within this organization we have Scheduling Team who is responsible for the scheduling of the track loading activities in 5 terminals. For this Scheduling Team we are looking for a Scheduling Admin who;
- Has University degree
- Is a good team player with outstanding communication skills
- Has upper intermediate and above English knowledge
- Is result oriented and customer focused
- Has SAP knowledge (preferably)
- Flexible for shift working schedule
İŞ TANIMI
- To confirm that deliveries have been delivered as loaded (capture delivery details, Process Deliveries, Process Return Delivery) and to resolve discrepancies.
- To be responsible for researching invoice disputes relating to incorrect quantities, excise or ASTM and processing adjustments where necessary to correct.
- To confirm that loadings are entered correctly into the system and resolve any problems associated in this area
- To make delivery confirmation in SAP according to actual deliveries metered on the trucks
- To file and/or scan Delivery Documentation.
- To clear error log and records movements.
- To reverse and report stock movements to ensure correct duty liability is calculated.
- To be responsible for the re-posting of goods receipts following sales adjustments.
