• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or other qualified disciplines,
• Tax audit background in big4 is an advantage,
• A min. 10 yrs. of experience (at least 5 yrs. as a “team manager”)
• To hold a CPA/SMMM degree is mandatory,
• Knowledge of SAP (FI & CO modules) is a must,

·         Service companies’ knowledge, especially logistics sector is an asset,

• Excellent command of English (both verbal and written)
• In-depth knowledge of Statutory GAAP, uniform chart-of-accounts & IFRS is a must,
• Strong ability to work with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment,
• Solid experience in foreign exchange legislation dealing with foreign trade (import / export) and declarations,
• Analytical mindset & very good at handling numbers,
• Keeping always him/herself up-to-date
• Excellent in communication/relation management and able to communicate in an effective and efficient manner with all levels of staff up/down/cross-functional within the organization, process oriented
• A strong team player with a strategic business focus, flexible approach, state of the art EQ
• Ability to work under pressure, handle stress
• Good reporting and follow-up skills
• Not status quoist, open to innovative & creative approach, open-minded (always looks for newer ways of doing business, self-starter)
• Very good command of planning, organizing and coordinating skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage Accounting team to process all the accounting activities
• Perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting closings via meeting the deadlines committed to BoD,
• Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of P&L and Balance Sheet by implementing the controls and balance reconciliations,
• Regular in-depth analysis of CoSS and Overheads,
• Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance of internal policies,
• Provides support to the Executive Board, by researching, analysing and presenting financial information,
• Maintains ledgers and prepares necessary financial statements and tax returns. The role also involves maintaining accounting records through SAP and relevant data processing applications,
• Code/review all vendors’ and customers’ invoices to appropriate general ledger account,
• Review all invoices for accuracy and ensure all necessary documentation is received and duly approved in line with company rules,
• Co-ordinate and present all accounting functions and financial statements in a timely fashion,
• Handle all vendor enquiries concerning invoices and maintains the Cost Accounting.
• Monitor/reconcile corporate payment cards; ensure compliance with corporate expense policy,
• Process and monitor capital spending and maintain the fixed assets system,
• Following up the Tax Procedure Law,
• Supporting external/internal audit processes.
