System and Network Engineer

• Min. BSC degree in Computer Science, Electronical Engineering or related fields.

• Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting

• Knowledge about/ experience on VmWare, Veam Backup, Extreme NAC, Extreme Switch, Fortinet, Operating System (especially Windows 2016 Server)

• Knowledge about 5651 Law regulation and it’s content, ISO27001, ITIL

• Excellent command of English,

• Result, customer and success oriented,

• Team player,

• Excellent communication and problem solving skills,

• Eager to learn new technologies and open for development,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure. (VmWare, Veam Backup, Extreme NAC, Extreme Switch, Fortinet, Operating System (especially Windows 2016 Server))

• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.

• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.

• Maintain security, backup, and contingency plans.

• Carry out the necessary marketing research to collect the needed data to ensure efficient procurement of all technical equipment.

• Create and develop and business opportunities either with the existing customers according to their needs.

• User satisfaction, including efficient handling of all users complaints or requirements.

• Participate in the design of information and operational support systems.

• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
