E-COMMERCE SPECIALIST

Seniha.com, is an e-commerce platform established in 2020, dedicated to nurturing both your well-being and the health of our precious planet Earth. Our journey began with a mission to accompany individuals on their path toward a healthy and natural life. In addition to our online platform, we operate a seasonal shop in Bozcaada since 2022.

Presently, Seniha.com offers a curated selection of products from 30 domestic and international brands. Our main categories are natural cosmetics and zero waste products, carefully chosen through a selection process in alignment with The Seniha Clean Standard.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating and organizing product and category pages for all brands,
• Defining seasonal campaigns through e-com panel,
• Updating product and category pages based on needs,
• Follow-up all product related issues of the site,
• Working with brand teams to support development of promotional & marketing calendars for e-commerce channels which are aligned to the retail store.
• Ensuring customer experience through the whole process,
• Actively provide reporting on all web store sales and key KPIs (Traffic, Bounce Rate, CVR, Sales and Margin etc)
• Act as a business analyst for further developments for the site such as analysing every aspect and feasibility.
• Working through strong relationships with key functions, including merchandising team, IT, ERP and finance, customer experience and 3rd party service providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree: Economics, Business Administration, Statistics or Engineering degrees are preferred,
• Min. 3 years e-com experience,
• Marketplace exposure (Trendyol, Amazon etc.) is preferred,
• Confidence in traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimization
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, Excel is a must,
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken,
• Fluent in Turkish, both written and spoken,
• Pro-active, energetic, analytical thinker, team player with good communication and presentation skills,
• Very well organized, strong daily follow up skills, and high attention to details
