QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description:

  • Grow the large-scale customer portfolio by acquiring new customers in the fields of marine, shipyard and agencies.
  • Carry out the opportunity identification, proposal and tender management, and contracting phases in the sale of new projects.
  • Increase sales by providing services that meet customer needs.
  • Conduct sales management by ensuring customer visits, opportunity management, proposal and tender management, understanding customer needs, developing solutions and management of sales processes are carried out.
  • Support for implementation and operation processes.
  • Improve and build new sales strategies for large-scale customers and work for group of companies to be the preferred company for this customer group.
  • Follow the technological trends and developments in the field of sales, international sales, and alternative business plans.
  • Develop solutions that will meet the business needs of the customer in the profitable way by following the trends in the sector.
  • Work with Operation and Sourcing teams to analyze and technical requirements and develop customer solutions
  • In case the customer needs can be met by group companies, contribute to the conversion of opportunities by providing the relevant coordination.
  • Cooperate with Warehouse, Logistics, Custom and Sourcing team.


General Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields,
  • Able to deeply build an understanding of Large-Scale customers’ strategic intent and current position, thereafter identifying opportunities 
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken, (as second language Greek or Russian is plus )
  • Build strong relationships and networks both locally and internationally.  
  • Strong business judgement,proven ability to influence others.
  • Self-motivated, result driven and can be counted on to exceed goals successfully  
  • Strong communication skills and highly developed persuasiveness,  
  • Able to undertake challenges and take the initiative
  • Analytical, strong planning, presentation and organizational skills.
  • Able to manage big amount of group.
