We are looking for EHS-Q Supervisor to employ in our  %100 global company, operating production. We will be glad to have a new member to our competent team. This position will directly report to GM in this significant role.

Job Description:

• Following the national and international Safety, Health & Environment laws, standards and regulations, implementing the new requirements or changes accordingly
• Defining HSE strategies, goals and procedures to drive EHS culture, compliance, and results in accordance with industry best practices
• Monitoring work accidents and occupational diseases together with company doctor, planning preventive/corrective actions and reporting
• Danger identification (chemical, physical, biological, psycho-social) and risk assessment
• Obtain training and hands-on experience in implementing HSE tools to drive improvements and directly support company objectives
• Performing necessary trainings activities in order to encourage safe behaviors within the organization
• Developing and maintaining an annual environmental schedule and waste management process
• Be able to lead quality and safety improvement projects with cross functional teams in the organization.
• Having will to improve continuously in both sides Safety and Quality
• Able to work with consultants and contractors on Safety and Environment 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from a reputable universitiy and in a relevent engineering faculty
• Minimum 5 years of experience on managing Environmental facilities and Health & Safety Systems
• Having B class of occupational safety specialist certificate
• Ability to design and coordinate campaign projects
• Ability to work with individuals and teams to lead EHS initiatives
• Strong knowledge & practice about Process Safety Management System, methodologies and Turkish legislation 
• Having knowledge and experience in accredited quality standards is an important asset such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 etc.
• Emergency response experience
• Strong communication skills and team oriented
• Advanced level of English and excellent listening, writing and speaking skills
• Competent in problem-solving, analytical and interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of people
