QUALIFICATIONS

• To follow hay University degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences or related fields
• At least 6-8 years of working experience; preferably 3-4 years experience in Compensations and Benefits and Payroll processes,
• Analyze surveys to ensure appropriate compensation across all departments.
• Analytic thinking, analyzing and reporting capability.
• Self-directed and self-motivated, able to work both independently and within a highly collaborative team environment.
• Good team player with strong problem solving and negotiation skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills; communication, tact, patience, confidentiality and integrity
• Advance proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good command of both written and spoken English,
• No military obligation for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Follows up and keep update the Human Resources documents, regulations, procedures, policies, etc.
• Preparation of personnel budgets,
  
• Preparing Compensation and Benefits Reports
• Monthly budget-realized checks,
  
• Development of projects on legal and technical issues
  
• Lead or support compensation& benefits projects
• Preparing reports for special projects, for the requests coming from Group or local management etc
