General Qualifications:

Since we are growing rapidly, we are looking for a   “Business Analyst – Industrial Engineer” located in İstanbul/Anatolian side accordance with the following criteria for our company: 

• Bachelor’s degree  in Industrial Engineering,
• At least 1 to 3 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain,warehouse management system, process development, business development and project management
  
• Good communication skills to assist both development team and business units,
• Eager to learn new business domains, technologies and methodologies,
• Strong skills about planning, analytical thinking, ability to synthesize and present,
• Solution-oriented, can take the initiative, responsible,
• Excellent English proficiency in terms of writing and speaking,
• Residing on Asian side of Istanbul,
• Male candidates should have no military obligations or postponed for at least two years,

Job Description

For our R&D Center which is the first in the logistics sector, we are looking for high potential candidates who are passionate to improve himself / herself about;

• Taking role in the process analysis, system design and implementation activities as a member of the application development projects,
• Analyzing business needs and gathering business and system requirements,
• Contributing in the innovation cycle and applying the global best practice of the industry in the processes,
• Increasing productivity and implementing methods to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of systems infrastructure,
• Analyzing gaps between processes & work flows and supporting business units in operational system requirements.
