QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Amazon account operations, including optimizing pictures, titles, keywords, uploading products, updating product information in time, and managing various platform promotions.
2. Operate the Amazon back-end proficiently and process customer service emails in time.
3. Responsible for product pricing and listing, maintaining and optimizing the listing page to ensure account security.
4. Responsible for product market research on Amazon platform, collect and analyze market and competitors information, formulate marketing promotions, stocking plans, and follow up stocking and inventory monitoring and management.
5. Planning an online promotion plan, planning store promotion activities, advertising, and implementation to achieve sales goals.
6. Maintain inventory status, check inventory regularly, and develop a reasonable stocking plan.

Qualifications:
1. College degree or above preferred (experience can compensate for education)
2. Excellent reading and writing skills with excellent grammar in English and one or more of the following languages: German, Spanish, or French.
3.interested in cross-border e-commerce operations and want to work in a challenging environment.
4. More than one-year experience of Amazon platform operations or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
5. Experience in choosing products to be sold online is preferred.
6. Excellent time management skills, high learning ability, and productivity work proactively, have a sense of responsibility and have a sense of ownership.
7. Work well independently and in teams Working hours: 9: 30-18: 30 (a long week and short weeks) 16: 00-16: 30 biweekly afternoon tea time.

This is an office based job. Our office is located in Halkali, Istanbul and future candidates are expected to commute Monday to Friday. The expected office hours are 09:30 - 18:30.
