QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


We are looking for an Accounting Manager for our international business partner, in Sakarya, which operates in the production area.


Main Responsibilities:


Carrying out the relevant accounting processes in accordance with the legal legislation,

Developing accounting strategies and organization in line with the company's goals and strategies,

Representing the company in institutions such as tax offices, chambers of commerce and conducting the transactions there,

The actual execution of the VAT refund process,

Preparation, analysis and reporting of legal financial statements,

Preparation of monthly trial balance, balance sheet, income statement and detailed expense table

Execution of end-of-month and year-end legal closing processes,

Supporting audit processes,

Keeping import-export accounting records,

Creating fixed asset and depreciation records



Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:


Graduated from Business, Economics, Econometrics departments of universities or received master's degree in these fields,

Experienced in General Accounting, Cost Accounting, Management Accounting processes,

Following all legal statements (VAT, Withholding, Stamp Duty, Temporary

Tax, Corporate Tax, Income Tax, BA / BS Declarations)

Good command of Tax Law, Commercial Law and other financial legislation practices,

Experienced in VAT refund, Import-Export issues,

Able to maintain relations with institutions such as the Tax Office, Chambers of Commerce,

Analytical and business oriented, giving importance to teamwork,

Presentable, dynamic, not afraid of taking responsibility,

Can use Office programs at an advanced level,

Highly experienced in the use of ERP,

Have advanced knowledge of English,

Highly motivated, proactive,

At least 8/10 years of experience in accounting,

Experienced in team management,

Have SMMM certificate,

Male candidates must have completed military service
