Procurement Engineer

* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer, Electric & Electronic Engineer is preferred.  

* 2-3 years of experience, preferably 1-2 years of Administrative Affairs & Purchasing or Supplier Management fields.

* Having a good command of English.

* Autocad, MS Office user experience.

* Having a command of logistic warehouse and technical issues. 

* No military obligation for male candidates.

Job Description:

* Follows and regularly communicates with subcontracted companies for procurement and maintenance of forklift, mechanical systems arrangement, provides technical support for project purchases, makes cost analysis in all buildings and facilities.

* Plans, controls and standardizes the repair and maintenance of all buildings and facilities.

* Reports failures that may occur in mechanical systems and provides action plans to reduce the problems.

* Prepares instructions manual to be used in all DB Schenker Arkas buildings and facilities. Creates plans and organizations in order to present services in requested quality and timely manner.

* Ensure, coordinate and follow up the functioning of technical processes.

* Ensure that the right quality material is purchased from the approved companies.

*Gets price quotes for requirements of all branches and warehouses of DB Schenker Arkas, performs approval process and makes the procurement operation.
