• Preferably graduated from Industrial / Mechanical / Electronics Engineering departments of universities
• Experience in management in a similar role, preferably in telecommunications sector
• Office programs user experience 
• Very good knowledge of English
• Team management experience ( Blue Collar / White Collar ), teamwork predisposition

Job Description:

• To manage the maintenance and repair operations for our customer that is one of the       leading companies in the telecommunication sector
• Will be responsible for running the operations in lean management principles to meet  agreed KPI's in coordination with quality and engineering divisions
• Will be responsible for updating and implementing new process flows according to customer requests/needs under control with change management systems
• Will be responsible for executing the operations with high performance, quality and minimum cost level
  
• Will be responsible for driving changes with continuous improvement of projects
• Will be in close coordination with other departments to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction
• To prepare reports and presentations requested by the company and the customer
• As being the P/L owner, he/she has to analyze financial figures, makes sure all activities are invoiced and priced correctly, takes necessary actions for any cost saving opportunities
