QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from Engineering faculties of reputable universities, preferably (Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering)
• Fluent in English (Written and Verbal)
• Analytical thinker, creative, capable of teamwork, strong communication skills, result oriented
• Microsoft Office (Excell, Power Point, Outlook, Word, Visio)
• Motivation in working on field and interest in operations
• Military service has to be completed
• Min 3-4 years of experience in production
• Responsbility & Independence

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Analysing data / process flows to oversee process improvement initiatives through process changes
• Supporting pre-feasibility works during new project setup, following-up processes and reporting
• Supporting related project integration and application cases, reporting plans and outcomes
• Make cost analysis, method and time studies, workflow charts for the running contract logistics customers
• Prepare Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) - (working instructions)
• Collaborate on solution design - (define test time, manpower/machine utilization)
• Continuous improvement
• LEAN manufacturing or TPS experience
