QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
* Prepares Aeroparts&Marineparts transports’ documentsand shares them withrelated units (customer, supplier, domesticandrelatedforeign units etc.).
* Responds to allquestions which comes from acquired customers in timely mannerand finds alternative solutionsfor existingproblems.
* Ensures invoicingprocessregards to actualized services, payments withforeignDB Schenkerofficesand customers.
* Provides information flow aboutoperationalprocessand informs customers without interruption.
* Based in İstanbul.
* Relevant Bachelor Degree (Logistics, Business Adm., Aviation Management etc.).
* Experienced in related business as a customer representative and the same sector.
* MS Office user experience.
* Good command of English.
* No military service for male candidates.
