 Job Description:

Saran Group is looking for an in-house legal counselto provide legal advice andconsultancy for alloperations and business ofthe group in theirvast variety of businessfields ranging fromtrade of intellectual propertyand sports rights,production,radio broadcasting, online legal betting,defence,energy, IT and etc.

Successful candidate will join the legaldepartment and willplay an important role on a widerange of deals and transactions aswell as various business, legaland operation issues impacting thebusinesses of group companiesand especially compliancewith personal data regulations (KVKK).

In-house legal counsel will be responsibleto prevent legal obstaclesor disputes that mighthave financial orcriminal effects duringthe course of business, aswell as to provide legal advicefor arising disputes incorporate,contractual,operationaland compliance matters.

Qualifications:

•Preferrably graduated from lawfaculties of Galatasaray University, Ankara University, İstanbul University, Dokuz Eylül University, Marmara Universityor Gazi University. A masters degree ininternational businesslawand alanguage education in an English speakingcountry (USA,England, Australia) is an asset.

•Minimum 1 and maximum 4 years of professional experience in legal consultancy andexperience inintellectual propertylaw,commercial law,obligations law,radioand televisionlaw (RTÜK),energy law and laborlaw fields.

•Experience in compliance with personal dataregulations (KVKK)including takingnecessary administrative precautions,following up and implemeting decisions ofPersonal Data Protection Board.

•Experience in contractreviews andnegotiation,desirably in an international environmentand contract law background.

•Excellent command ofTurkishand Englishboth writingandspeaking.Understanding/abilitytodraft contracts and negotiate inboth languages.Candidateswill be asked tocomplete abrief legal language quiz.

•Ability to work cooperativelyand collaboratively withthe legal team.

•Ability to assess risksand respond tochallenging situations in a timelymanner, result-oriented approach in orderto facilitate fastbusiness decisions.

•Ability to equilibrate prioritiesand organize work effectively to meetdeadlines.

•Admitted to aTurkish Bar Association.

•Male candidatesshould have completed the military servicerequirement.

•No restriction for travelling.
