Export Sales Specialist

We are looking for an Export Specialist to be employed in our Istanbul Kartal headquarters firstly. After our factory will opened he/she will employed in İzmir Menderes, which the factory is located.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Engineering or similar departments.
  
• Experience  in food or cosmetic industry  preferably 
  
• Advanced level of English (Second foreign language is advantage)
  
• Minimum 4 years of experience in export sales (preferably experienced in service and production areas)
  
• Experienced in following and taking part in both national and international fairs, and increasing customer portfolio
  
• Experienced and knowledgeable in foreign trade and customs legislation
  
• Advanced computer (word, excel, power point etc.) and ERP Software skills
  
• Analytical thinking and team-oriented
  
• Knowledgeable about export/foreign trades operations and terminology
  
• Disciplined, energetic, flexible, practical and solution-oriented
  
• Strong communication skills and highly persuasive
  
• Male candidates must have completed the military service
  
• Pursuing a career in sales and marketing
  
• Strong communication and analytical skills
  
• No obstacle for travelling to abroad
  
• Residence in İzmir is preferred 

Job description

• Build foreign customer networks/franchises and find new franchises
  
• To respond to the demands of the foreign dealerships before and after the sales.
  
• Following the payments, transports and documents of the present franchises
  
• Work actively to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
  
• Researching the target markets and preparing reports about them
  
• Come up with sales offers after determining targets and potential customers in foreign markets for our products
  
• Follow each stage of export process from product orders to transportations
  
• Represent our firm in foreign fairs and customer visits
  
• Managing market entry, orientation, uptake and expansion of our brand in the countries he/she is responsible for 
  
• Perform marketing activities to increase our market share
  
• Contribute to market improvement efforts
