QUALIFICATIONS 

• Graduated at least from a university, preferably from the departments Business/Management, Economics, Marketing, International Relations, International Trade, Industrial Engineering and etc.
• Preferably 3 years experience.
• The candidate must have a very good command of the following combination of languages:

      *English and French

      *English and Arabic

      *English and German

      *English and Spanish

      *English and Russian

• Ability to solve problems, have analytical thinking and effective interaction with people, work with a team and be focus oriented.
• Presentable.
• Someone who has no restrictions travelling within or out of the country.
• Ability to drive actively.
• Completion of military service is mandatory for male candidates.

       We are looking for team members who will work as a Sales Support at our company in the Automotive Supply Industry located in Samsun.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Providing the necessary coordination in order to provide better service in the sales area,
• Helping to finalize the projects followed by the sales unit of the company,
• Ensuring that new / prepared orders are processed in accordance with the company policy and related procedures in the system,
• Ensuring that orders are approved by the customer,
• Entering and controlling orders in the system,
• Ensuring rapid communication between the customer and the company,
• Organizing deliveries, receiving complaints from customers and transmitting the results to the customer by taking the necessary measures.
