Sailfleet Yacht Charter - Booking Responsible Position

Sailfleet is a sail yacht charter company operating in Fethiye, Marmaris. We are seeking a Booking Responsible to join our team at our central office in Fethiye. 

As Sailfleet, we offer skippered and bareboat charters, providing our clients the unique opportunity to explore the Göcek, Marmaris, and Fethiye by sailboats. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage bookings efficiently.
• Communicate with clients to understand and meet their booking needs.
• Ensure accuracy in reservation details and client information.
• Handle booking-related inquiries and resolve any issues.
• Regularly update files with data derived from reservations.
• Oversee winter season surveys and maintenance schedules for our fleet in coordination with the Technical Manager and General Manager.
• Participate in international fairs to represent our company and its services.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in customer service or booking management.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) due to frequent interactions with international agencies and clients.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Russian is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, is required for managing documentation and data analysis
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
