Sales Specialist

Our client, which is a Software as a Service platform provider, is looking for a “Sales Specialist” for its growing Sales Team, with the following requirements:

• Min 2 years of experience in Software Sales
• Experience in Human Resources Software is a plus
• Graduated from a reputable university
• Good level of English

Job Description:

• Contact and qualify lead referrals to determine interest level and sales opportunity for new and existing customers so he/ she identify new sales opportunities through inbound lead. 
• Introduce first the company/create excitement to new registered.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Identify and monitor customer trends in human resources software markets.
• Convince the company for a demo or meeting.
• According to the number of employees, to make demo/ meeting planning for telesales or field.
• To send the calendar to the related person for the demo/ meeting and to realize the necessary assignment/ event set up operations on pipedrive.
• To add all notes to CRM very detailed way.
