Information Technology Specialist

We are looking for a “Information Technologies Specialist” with the following qualifications to be assigned to our Izmir Factory.

Required Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in IT security systems and processes, 
• Preferably experienced in ERP & CRM management, and ideally familiar with ITIL processes.
• Responsible for implementing and managing IT management procedures within the company, ensuring that processes are effectively conducted.
• Proficient in IP camera system installation and management, 
• Possessing basic network knowledge, cabling expertise, and Wi-Fi management skills. 
• Experienced in virtual PBX management and Windows Server, DNS, Active Directory, and related services.
• Skilled in VMware virtualization technology, 
• Overseeing the monitoring of information technology systems and ensuring they operate according to business needs.
• Experienced in the setup and management of IT infrastructure, 
• Capable of analyzing and evaluating new and additional requests from departments.
• Keeps up-to-date with developments in the field and can contribute to the improvement of information systems.

Job Description:

• Preferably holds a degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technologies, Computer Hardware, or Computer Programming from a university or vocational school.
• Proficient in O365 and MS Office programs.
  
• Knowledgeable in computer maintenance and repair.
• Capable of generating practical and logical solutions in computer software and hardware matters.
• Technical proficiency in English.
• Effective communication skills with business units.
• Solution-oriented and team player.
• Strong analytical perspective, with planning and follow-up skills.
• Completed or exempt from military service.
