Qualifications:

• Graduated from the Business, Finance, Economics or Industrial Engineering departments of top universities,
• Have advanced knowledge of written and spoken English,
• Having 2-4 years of experience in Project Finance, M&A Advisory, Management Consulting or Strategy Function of a reputable company,
• Strong judgmental skills as well as business acumen,
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced Excel and Power Point skills,
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills,
• Excellent communication and presentation skills both in Turkish and English,
• Demonstrate strong understanding and comprehension of the theoretical aspects of corporate finance, project finance, financial analysis, industry analysis, valuations, M&A etc,
• Ability to deliver high quality work within deadlines under demanding environments,
• Residing/able to reside in Ankara,

We are looking for a "Project Analyst".

Responsibilities:

As a member of the Business Development team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Monitoring business environment to identify new business development opportunities,
• Conducting feasibility analyses and assessing the potential risks, opportunities and other aspects of projects/transactions,
• Conducting in-house financial analysis/financial modelling/valuation/due diligence/research studies for new projects, mergers, acquisitions, exits or just for reporting purposes,
• A good understanding of the long-term financial planning and business strategy;
• Preparing presentations with regard to business development, project finance activities and business strategy,
• Conducting market, industry and peer researches.
