Ronesans Gayrimenkul is targeting to recruit a  Finance Specialist to be based in the headquarters in İstanbul with the following qualifications;

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance or related departments from a reputable university,

• At least 3 years of professional experience in financial operations orcorporate/commercialbanking departments of banks
• Good knowledge of banking products, treasury and corporate finance,

• Excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;

• SAP knowledge is a plus (especially FI module) ,

• Fluent in both spoken and written English,

• Self-motivated and have business mindset with strong analytical and financial modelling skills,
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial datas,

• Strong interpersonal skills and team member,

Key Responsibilities

• Forecasting daily cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions,

• Preparing ad hoc reports and analysis for debt portfolio, cash flow forecasts, investments etc.

• By checking and following the bank accounts, creating a report of the account balances at the end of the day,

• Preparing and transmitting the daily,weekly bank instructions,

• Managing relationships with banks,

• Supporting Finance and and Treasury processes,
• Performing monthly reconciliation of balances,

• Looking for opportunities to improve internal processes,

• Cooperating with the rest of the team members for month end closings.
