We are looking for a "Lead Procurment Engineer" for our project in Russia

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Faculty (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, Material etc.)
• 4+ year experience in procurement of Industrial Products for Heavy Industry,
• Having strong analytical, communication, social and negotiation skills,
• Able to be strong and effective team member, 
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken,
• Good command of MS Office (especially Excel) applications,
• No military service obligation for the male candidates, 
• Can travel (local for RHI projects and abroad) 

JOB DESCRIPTION

•  Purchases goods, services to meet customer requirements at an optimal cost and schedules supplier deliveries based on requirements,
•  Prepare the comparison table and select the optimum supplier and offer considering price, quality, logistics,
•  Create Purchase Orders through the RHI software,
•  Research of alternative suppliers, considering quality needs and obtain cost efficiency. Improving partnership with current business partners and vendors,
•  Negotiating on the scope of commercial, technical and legal terms such as costs, payment, delivery, warranty & service agreements,
•  Visit to domestic and foreign companies when necessary,
•  Team works with engineering and tender team for new tender projects when necessary,
•  Realizing contracts with subcontractor,
•  Yearly evaluation of suppliers/vendors, 
•  Yearly renewal of unit price agreement,
