We are currently looking for a new member to join our team who will work as PAYROLL & HR  SPECIALIST with the following qualifications:

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Accounting, Finance or related fields 

·        Good written and verbal communication skills in English 

·        Excellent command of MS Office applications 

·        Demonstrable competencies such as planning and organization, team work, communication, result oriented and diligent and accurate work

·        Strong analytical thinking,reporting, continuous improvement, time management and prioritization skills

·        At least 2 years of experience in related position 

·        Experience in payroll processes

JOB DESCRIPTION

·        Execute accurate and timely processing of all payroll functions

·        Follow up the updates on legal laws and regulations and enforcing the processes aligned with these regulations

·        To support all the compensetaion and benefits function of HR within the scope of corporate structure,

·        Follow up of necessary notifications that are made to the official institutions and organizations related to personnel transactions, entry-exit, social insurances..etc,

·        To manage the payment process, payroll, accruals related to personal rights such as salary, bonus, advance payments, annual leave, severance pay, overtime..etc,

·        Support in implementation/administration/interpretation/update of global corporate policies, guidelines, programs and procedures work closely with Global HR team in improving our processes

·        Translate Business strategy and targets into HR action plans and performance,develop methods for HR KPI reporting and HR analytics
