Reed Turkey is looking for a “Supply Chain & Procurement Manager”  who will directly reporting to Supply Chain Director for its multinational client that operates in FMCG industry.

OUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a reputable university,
• Min 4-7 years experience and education/training in SC Purchasing
• Knowledge of basic marketing tools
• Analytical skills
• Communication skills
• Fluent English
• SAP Experience is a strong plus

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Support to qualify new suppliers that eligible for company requirements and participate into theiraccreditation
• Assist company functional departments to research and develop competent suppliers of high quality products/services for the assigned purchase and prepares proposals or other informational requests
• Organize vendor selection process to ensure the best solution on price/quality and delivery time
• Support company functional departments to achieve satisfactory conclusion purchasing contracts with suppliers for the assigned area of goods/services, ensuring adequate purchasing terms and conditions
• Coordinate with Supply Chain/IT to collect the purchase requirement and create purchase order in system on time
• Check the PO with quotation
• Map out all Supplier contract, to be updated with latest contract status
• Ensure new required contract compliance with legal and central governance
• Vendor mapping with annual spending
• Quarterly/Yearly - Monitor and reporting of KPI performance (top 10 Suppliers) - in order to guarantee the reliability of supply in terms of quality, delivery time and volumes.
• Monthly monitoring of Actual cost vs Budget/SAF
• Periodic review on market data on Supply Chain suppliers’ services
• Maintain monthly supply chain performance metrics.
• Formulate KPI reports, consolidation at FAP Supply Chain for further communication to key stakeholders
• FAP Principal Model Governance – Monitor archiving activities are in place according to model
• Steer regular updates with key stakeholders within Supply Chain
• Ensure alignment with Supply Chain prior to Tender & Negotiation
• Comprehend well cost breakdown of multiple transport
• Equipped with warehouse mapping in domestic key cities
• Periodic review on market data on Supply Chain suppliers’ services
