Strategic Account Manager (logistics)

We are looking for Strategic Account Manager to join our international client in logistics sector:

• Directly manage a portfolio of Strategic Accounts
• Act as the main contact in country for all accounts assigned to the portfolio, in the respect of Commercial Activities
• Build and maintain relationships with as many key contacts & decision makers as possible inside customers organization and enhance a long-lasting business partnerships
• Responsible for selling logistics solutions to customers
• Maintain CRM per company policy
• Responsible for creating new business through contact with prospective customers in the assigned market
• Responsible for selling new services to new and existing customers
• Responsible for identifying market trends and competitive rate actions

 Qualifications:

•         5+ years of applicable experience in sales
•         Bachelors Degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience required
•         Experience in industry with sales and business development required
•         Ocean and Air freight sales experience highly preferred
•         Very good command of both written and spoken English
•         Strong analysis skills
•         Ability to work as individual but also as a team player.
