QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Educated to minimum bachelor’s degree level in a commercial subject
  • Account management and trade marketing experience gained in FMCG; proven track record /sales experience with key international or local retailers
  • Demonstrated success in P&L management, budget delivery and growth momentum
  • Additional functional experience, preferably in Marketing and/or Finance is an advantage
  • The business language in RB is English; therefore fluency in this language is essential. Fluency in other languages(s) is advantageous

As a Revenue Maximisation Executive, you will:

  • have the accountability to run the operating cycle of creating the trade spend allocation in sales forecast process
  • be responsible for making regular analysis of trade spend and giving continuous recommendation to customer and categories
  • deep dive the trade spend of each account and channel
  • make regular ROI analysis and provide recommendation / guidance to category and sales account teams
  • prepare RevMax inputs for SOP meetings
  • be responsible for TNT mapping of TR and determine the opportunities
  • perform ongoing ROI analysis across a broad range of activities to guide effective commercial outcomes and support trade spend optimization objectives
  • contribute to financial forecast accuracy with timely and accurate inputs
