WHAT TO EXPECT 

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward-thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team.Working full-time from our Kemalpasa plant,you will be Commodity Manager, work with a global team and be responsible for the suppliers within assigned categories. 

• You’ll be working with Sourcing Manager of EMEA  

• This is an exciting opportunity for you because you will be develop commodity strategies to support business initiatives.  

• Works effectively in a matrix organization 

Key responsibilities : 

.  

• Planning and monitoring all procurement activities of the materials and services Gates.  

• Developing commodity strategies to support business initiatives.  

• Optimizing total cost and maintaining a robust funnel of initiatives. 

• Negotiating terms with suppliers and ensuring supply base processes adequate capacity to support demand.  

ABOUT YOU 

• Bachelor Degree of Engineering 

• 5 years experience in commodity management, category strategy development and implementation 

• Analytical and project management  

• Strong proficiency with MS Office programs and MRP systems.  

• Fluent in English.  

• Excellent negotiating capability 

• Ability to travel up to 50% of time
