Accounting Manager

We are looking for an "Accounting Manager" for our business partner operating in the personal care products sector that we are consulting.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics/Business Administration
• Professional experience with in accounting
• Knowledge of accounting and reporting software/ERP
• Fluency in English is a must
• Resident in Anatolian Side
• Highly experienced in Turkish GAAP
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills and ability to prioritize.

Job description

• Ensure that all the transactional as AP, AR, GL, depreciations, VAT, payroll and taxes requirements are met
• Control of the stock/ERP System-balance
• Reconciliation of balance sheet and P&L on monthly/quarterly and annual basis
• Prepare and support financial and regulatory reports required by law, regulation and board of directors
• Prepare and interpret monthly reports for the HQ
• Evaluate data pertaining to costs in order to the budget
• Cash management and collection predicting future trends
• Supporting in preparation of budgets and business plans
• Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance
• Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
• Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
• Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts
• Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines
• Managing budgets
• Supervising and coordinate the staff of the finance dept.
