QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Degree in related fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communication and Economy, 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing and Brand Management,
  • Effective communication and relationship management, 
  • A clear communicator who can express her/his opinions openly, ability to confidently inspire and encourage cross-functional teams to achieve collaborative success,
  • Candidates who follow development in digital media and who can take action on utilization of digital channels , creating innovative projects on these fields and management of them, 
  • Well organized, passionate, self motivated and customer oriented,
  • Analytical Thinking &Customer focused,
  • Result-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills, 
  • Hardworking who will eager to learn, creative and an out-of-the-box thinker,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, 
  • Strong knowledge and interest on digital marketing channels,
  • Good command of MS Office Applications, 
  • No military obligation (for male candidates),  


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop and leverage an in-depth understanding of customer needs through market research, data analysis and understanding customer insights,
  • Identify market and competitive trends in retail/fashion industry that are seen as opportunities for the company,
  • Assisting the department manager on developing marketing plan in align with the brand strategy to differentiate from the competition and drive growth and loyalty,
  • Responsible for implementing 360 marketing activities including ATL & BTL communication plans throughout the year,
  • Develop campaigns in order to improve customer retention, satisfaction, engagement, loyalty and acquisiton,
  • Continuously tracking sales and and proposing necessary actions such as promotions when necessary,
  • Continuously tracking, monitoring and reporting the marketing budget,
  • Close communication and cooperation with CRM, sales, e-commerce and creative departments.
