QUALIFICATIONS

We are currently seeking to recruit Front Office Service Manager to join our team as Radisson Blu Hotel Istanbul Asia which is located in Ataşehir.You will be responsible for the smooth running of a shift and lead a team of receptionits.

• Minimum of two year previous supervisory experience in a 5 star property in a similar position
• Knowledge of Opera is essential 
• Demonstrates advanced organisational and managerial skills
• Provides leadership and motivation to maximise employee productivity and satisfaction 
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual
• Excellent communication skills are essential 
• Focus on exceeding customer expectations
• Fluent in English

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provides cover in all areas of the Front Office Department as and when required 
• Is fully conversant with all Front Office departmental policies and procedures 
• Helps prepare, implement and report on departmental goals and training plan 
• Ensures the Hotel Credit Policy is adhered to by the Front Office Department 
• Makes sure that Front office staff delivers quality guest services within department and corporate standards and guidelines 
• Reports directly to the Asst.Front Office Manager
